The coastal towns of Lyme Regis and Seaton are both a ten-minute drive away and offer beautiful beaches and an array of cafés shops and pubs. Nearby are Mark Hix s Oyster & Fish House The Town Mill in Rousdon Castlewood Vineyard which nestles beneath Musbury Castle which the owners run and offer tours and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall s River Cottage restaurant in Axminster. The Axe Valley is a stroll from the property and bikes can be hired locally. Other attractions include Axe Valley Wildlife Park Ferne Animal Sanctuary Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium Seaton Tramway Crealy Great Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties. On entering this spacious and inviting farmhouse you will find yourself in the elegant and comfortable lounge which offers a TV and DVD and a large traditional inglenook fireplace with wood burner for you to snuggle in front of. Across the hallway is the charming and attractive dining room complete with feature fireplace and original stone wall. Moving into the kitchen/breakfast room you will find everything you may need including oven with hob and extractor hood fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a shower room and WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs you will find three comfy and spacious bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. There is also a first-floor bathroom with bath and WC. Stepping outside the property provides a generous garden with furniture and BBQ area. Relax in style under the stars in the Scandinavian style log fired Hot Tub. As this is a working farm there are also opportunities to see horses and cows and to observe the milking process.
