Introduction

Beautifully renovated to the highest of standards and commanding a fabulous location within the rolling hills of Northumberland Blinkers Stables offers top quality accommodation in rolling countryside. Located on a traditional working farm High Staward is perfect for families and friends to meet up and explore this wonderful region. There is plenty on offer straight from your door such as walks or cycle routes with miles of countryside waiting to be discovered. Why not head for a day out to the roman fort sites of Vindolanda and Housesteads which are only a short drive away and get lost in some history for the day. A few miles away are the town of Hexham and Haltwhistle in either direction which offer plenty of shops and eateries. For those wanting to go a bit further the Northumberland coast isn t too far away for a day at the beach. Walking into the hall you will instantly notice the car and detail the owners have gone to create luxurious surroundings. You will find coat hooks and a spot for your boots which make the after walk clean up so much easier. The oak staircase will then take you up to the first floor. Before we head upstairs head along the corridor and arrive into the magical open plan living space. This really is the main hub of the house with built in kitchen across the left side and top of the range appliances and design. There is a retained stable wall that separates the lounge from the kitchen and a lovely oak table for those family meals anytime of the day. The lounge has everything you need from a large corner sofa with a single armchair to a wall mounted TV and a wood burner. On the first floor we have three king size bedrooms and one double all with en-suite shower rooms with showers and WC s. You will notice the rooms hold some of the original beams and cute red windows which are part of what makes this property so unique. Outside you will find a patio area with seating and a hot tub hidden by a stone walk. There is also a grassed area.
