Set in the village of Fairlight on the outskirts of Hastings this property is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Hastings Country Park or nearby beach at Pett Level. Keen walkers can enjoy a multitude of different footpaths meandering the countryside and along the coastline stopping at traditional village pubs for a spot of refreshment. The property lies between the pretty medieval town of Rye famous for its cobbled streets and smuggling stories or take a trip to nearby Hastings Old Town where there is a wealth of shops cafes and restaurants coupled with seaside attractions to keep the family entertained. Those looking to venture slightly further afield can visit the many Castles and Gardens in the surrounding areas. The cottage entrance opens into a light and bright hallway and leads through to a spacious lounge/diner. With a double-sided open-fire Smart TV/DVD vintage record player comfy sofas a relaxing armchair and a dining table with seating for all this is a great space in which to unwind after a long day exploring the local area. A door from the dining area leads through to the kitchen where you will find everything that you would expect for whipping up a delicious family meal an electric oven and gas hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave. The property has three bedrooms two doubles one of which has an en-suite shower and WC and a third which has a single sofa bed. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside you will find a fully enclosed garden with a wood fired hot tub table and chairs gas BBQ and pretty summer house with seating for those chillier evenings. A lockable gate leads through to the solar heated outdoor swimming pool which is available from May- September. There is private parking for one car.
