Introduction

Beautifully renovated to the highest of standards and commanding a fabulous location within the rolling hills of Northumberland Milker s Byre offers top quality accommodation in a super setting. Located on a traditional working farm High Staward is perfect for families and friends who enjoy walking cycling and exploring as well as relaxing in the hot tub under the dark skies of the region. Only a few miles away from the World Heritage Site that is Hadrian s Wall guests will be able to visit one of the many historic Roman forts and settlements along the way and tread in the ancient footsteps of Roman Soldiers and warriors. The historic market town of Hexham is a short drive away and offers plenty of activities for families and the pretty village of Corbridge is situated just a few miles further east. Both are perfect for a spot of shopping or indulging in a pleasant dinner or afternoon tea. Upon going through the front door you will enter a small cloak room area with hooks and boot rack for those muddy boots and clothes after a day s exploring. Heading on you will be in awe as you walk into the large lounge/diner which has arched patio doors on two side which are the original entrances. Inside you have two large three seater sofas along with a two seater and a couple of armchairs. In addition there is a wonderful dining table with chairs ideal for a feast of champions. To the left is the kitchen which is a cook s dream and everything you need for your stay along with the fantastic addition of an island. Through from the lounge is a small snug area with sofa a great spot to kick back and relax with a good book. Along the end corridor is king room with en suite shower and at the end is another king with bath and shower. Onto the first floor we head up the wooden stairs to an open area with pool table great to relax and unwind with a few games. On the left are two kings rooms one with en suite shower and the other with shower and bath. Heading along the corridor the right of the pool table is the final the bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms and king size beds. Outside you will find a garden area with seating and BBQ plus your own enclosed hot tub to watch the stars. Need to know: 7 bedrooms 5 king size and 2 twin zip and links (which can be made into super king size on request). 5 en suite shower rooms with showers and WC’s and 2 en suite bathrooms with baths and WC’s. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Smart TV in lounge, all bedrooms and pool area. Wood burner first basket of logs included. Private Hot tub.
