The South Devon beaches and North Cornwall are less than an hour away and the County Town of Taunton is just over 2 miles away. It truly offers something for everyone. The superb 18th century split level barn provides a luxury escape it offers an accessible base from which to explore the whole area The spacious ground floor provides a great social hub for friends and family to enjoy some time together. Entering the property through the main entrance door leads you to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts the original stone wall stunning oak floor and beams two large comfy leather sofas chairs a TV PlayStation 4 and a wood burner along with a full basket of logs provided for your use and a selection of games books & DVD s are provided steps lead up to the kitchen/diner with seating for eight the dining table creates a great space for entertaining. The kitchen is furnished with all you need to create a big family meal there is an electric double oven and hob microwave dishwasher washing machine and fridge/freezer. Just off the kitchen is a separate WC. Completing the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms a double with TV and there is also a shower room with WC. A beautiful oak staircase leads up to the two remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a TV and the second bedroom offers a king-size bed with an additional single bed along with a TV. The main bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC.
