With the town being conveniently located beside the A39 this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall and family days out could include visits to The Eden Project the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly Boscastle Tintagel Port Isaac Rock and Padstow Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties. Step inside this stunning property which due to its unique layout is accessed via the first floor from street level and you will find that the accommodation first opens to a beautifully impressive stairwell with a skylight and feature lighting. From here head down to the ground floor and into the living area which has been lovingly presented in a fresh and contemporary style and boasts a Smart TV corner group sofa and a warming wood burner. Here is the perfect place to relax in style after a day exploring or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out and a set of bi-folding doors leading to the garden mean that you can dine alfresco with ease.
