Situated in the grounds of Manor Estate and within a peaceful village location with its very own pub come restaurant this property is also just a short drive away away from the hugely popular traditional seaside town of Cromer with an array of shops pubs cafes and bars. The wide-open beaches and traditional pier are well worth a visit and are perfect for swimmers surfers and sandcastle makers alike. Other nearby attractions include Holkham Hall Amazona Zoo RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve as well as the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. Keen golfers will be in their element with two courses Sheringham Golf Club and Royal Cromer Golf course both within easy reach. Guests enter this single storey property and arrive in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well- equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave coffee machine and fridge/freezer. There is a dishwasher to do the dirty work along with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
