Introduction

This property is situated on the edge of the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! in North Devon which has an impressive two mile wide expanse of sandy beach with its own surf academy offering lessons and surf board hire. There are a number of handy shops in the town as well as a choice of cafes which are a great place to refuel and escape the midday sun on the beach. Also within the local area is the estuary village of Instow with its beach and yacht club the traditional fishing village of Appledore and the attractive harbour town of Bideford. This stylish wooden cabin one of three holiday properties at this location enjoys a fantastic situation within the grounds of a well regarded gastropub. On entering the cabin guests will find the stylishly understated lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfortable corner sofa Smart TV dining table for four and pretty kitchen units equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge. There are two bedrooms in the cabin one of which is a restful double room with bi-fold doors opening onto the decked terrace the other being a twin room which can be made up as a double on request thanks to the zip-and-link beds. The contemporary shower room has a stylish shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from a decked terrace with countryside views where guests can enjoy the relaxing sunken hot tub or fire up the BBQ and enjoy an al fresco meal at the table and chairs. Guests can also make use of the pub s grounds which provide plenty of space for younger guests to play and are even home to some friendly farm animals! Of course guests will not want to miss out on the chance to sample the fabulous food in the pub although please be aware that advance booking is essential. Guests to the pub will also find a range of pub games including a traditional skittle alley and a boules piste. There is parking for one car.
