Introduction
Set within the grounds of a 350-acre farm this beautiful home is perfectly placed for all types of outdoor pursuits including mountain biking walking and cycling. If the sheep are in the farm building or are in pens guests are invited to come and watch and depending on the task perhaps help. Take to two wheels and head to the Coed Trallwm Mountain Bike Centre (14.5 miles) where different trails cater for all abilities. Explore the fascinating Roman gold mines at Dolaucothi (15.5 miles) which are set amid wooded hillsides overlooking the beautiful Cothi Valley. Entering this charming cottage you ll arrive in a hallway with space for hanging up coats and boots along with a cloakroom and WC. In the spacious living room which overlooks the pretty courtyard sink down onto the comfortable sofas and enjoy a glass of something cold while you watch a film together. The stylish kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooker and hob fridge and freezer microwave washing machine and a dryer ensuring you ll have everything you need throughout your stay. When it s time to rest head upstairs where you ll discover an inviting king-size bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room and WC. Stepping outside relax on the lawn before firing up the BBQ and taking a seat to really soak up your surroundings. Soothe tired and aching muscles with a soak in the shared hot tub. There is also ample off-road parking available. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 en suite shower room, 1 separate WC. Electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
