Introduction

Set in the luscious green fields of the Crai Valley this bespoke shepherd s hut is located near a plethora of walking routes with the nearby Cray Reservoir for a peaceful afternoon stroll while a footpath leads from the property to the local pub in Sennybridge. The Brecon Beacons National Park is also a Dark Sky Reserve providing the perfect opportunity for stargazing out in the fresh air. Just 12 miles away you ll find the lovely market town of Brecon with a selection of independent shops and eateries to explore. Upon entering this cosy hut you ll find a kitchen area equipped with an electric cooker with a gas hob a toaster and a quaint Billy camp stove that heats the kettle. The Belfast sink is tucked under the work surface to maximise space while maintaining the country-living charm. Next to the front door you ll find the modern shower room. Moving further into the open-plan space there is a dresser for storing crockery and a cosy wood burner to keep you warm during the colder nights. Enjoy home-cooked dinners at the fold-out table that can seat four people. Behind this is the comfortable king-size bed which has a convenient curtain sectioning it from the rest of the hut. Up the set of ladder stairs is the mezzanine level which has restricted head height and can sleep up to two children. A second door leads out from the living space onto the Welsh red cedar decking. On the decked area you can enjoy a BBQ and soak up the sun on the garden furniture and for a relaxing evening there s a wood-fired hot tub available by arrangement with the property owner (please note additional charges apply).
