Make use of the mountain bikes available at the property and enjoy an exhilarating ride through the ancient woodland or set out on foot to explore the miles of uninterrupted countryside on the doorstep taking in the upland moor of Mynydd Epynt home to sheep and wild ponies. Or follow the Epynt Way a 40-mile circular permissive path that passes close to the house looking out for local red kites along the way. For amenities head into Brecon (9.5 miles) to browse its selection of independent shops and eateries or visit the historic market town of Builth Wells (10.5 miles). Inside this tastefully converted barn is spacious bright and modern with oak flooring exposed beams and original barn windows. Prepare delicious family meals in the modern kitchen/diner where you will find an electric oven microwave dishwasher fridge freezer washing machine and good-sized dining table.
