Introduction

Pretty market town Builth Wells is 0.5 miles walk away and visitors will have no trouble finding something to do there. Try the Wyeside Arts Centre or Groe Park which has great views of Wye Bridge. Further afield but still within easy reach is the Brecon Beacons (23 miles) perfect for both two- and four-legged walkers while Cwm Rhaeadr Forest (26 miles) has some fantastic mountain biking trails. Hay-on-Wye (19.5 miles) on the cusp of the Welsh border boasts independent bookshops Hay Castle and the Globe at Hay which hosts an array of performances. For some peace and solitude visit Elan Valley (17 miles) where you can bird watch fish or simply stroll. Stepping into the property a bright and airy open-plan living area awaits you.
