Introduction

Ideally located between Liverpool and Blackpool along the Sefton Coast Southport has over 22 miles of coastline and one of the oldest piers in the UK. The pier along with the fun fair Ferris wheel Splash World indoor water park bowling cinema theatre laser quest and restaurants are all a short walk away. Blackpool with many attractions including the famous tower beach zoo Pleasure Beach Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds is within an hour s drive. As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in a smart home with built in google assistant heating controls for each floor plus speakers throughout the property which do make this a truly one of a kind house. The lounge has a superb open-fire with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by a large sofa and two armchairs.
