Dartmoor itself offers many miles of scenic walks for all abilities ranging from easy strolls through to challenging hikes and climbs. With great transport links nearby you will also be within a short drive of the stunning cathedral city of Exeter and within an easy drive of popular tourist destinations of the south coast and the unspoilt villages along the northern coastline. Other attractions within easy reach include Lydford Gorge Roadford Lake Meldon Reservoir and Viaduct Okehampton Castle the Miniature Pony Centre Crealy Adventure Park and Dingles Fairground. This delightful lodge is accessed via a small flight of external wooden steps and then once inside you will find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This light-filled room has a contemporary feel with its tasteful styling and boasts a flame-effect electric fire TV comfortable sofas and dining table seating four. Large patio doors allow guests to open-up this area in the warmer months extending the living space out onto the decked terrace. Also perfectly appointed is the kitchen area which is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine. Venture further inside where you will discover the two beautiful bedrooms the first of which is a double room with plentiful storage space TV and an en-suite shower room with WC. Completing the offering inside the property is the second bedroom a cosy twin room and located next to this a bathroom with a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the enclosed decked terrace makes a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine with a drink at the end of the day. A table and chairs also make it possible for guests to enjoy alfresco meals plus the fabulous feature of a private hot tub is a welcome luxury after a day exploring the moor. Located next door which includes a fun children s play area. Private off-road parking for two cars is also provided.
