Accessible attractions include some of Dorset s most iconic sites such as Ringstead Bay Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. A short drive will take you to the traditional seaside town of Weymouth where there is a popular sandy beach backed by an esplanade as well a good selection of amusements shops pubs and cafes. Head across the causeway to the Isle of Portland and visit the lighthouse at Portland Bill or relax beside the historic Weymouth harbour. Nearby amenities include a cliffside pub and farm shop. A long steep sloping pedestrianised path or flight of external steps takes you up the hillside to the property from the parking area. A picket gate gives access to the entrance into this contemporary single-storey property. The double doors bring you into a light and bright open-plan studio-style space. The space has been cleverly divided into separate areas for living cooking and sleeping and has been carefully decorated in a contemporary style. The kitchen area sits to the right of the doors and is equipped with an electric oven and hob and fridge. A door leads from here to the stylish en-suite shower room with shower and WC. A seating area makes the most of the views and has a TV just opposite. Completing the accommodation is a double bed. Heading out via the main entrance doors takes you onto a raised deck with steps to a gravelled terrace with furniture and a hot tub. On a clear day you can enjoy panoramic views right out across the hills and bay. An off-road parking space is available for one vehicle to the front of the property within a shared parking area approximately 30m downhill.
