Whether you would like to try windsurfing on Carsington Water or a less energetic stroll through historic Ashbourne you will be centrally located for many attractions. Chatsworth House Haddon Hall Heights of Abraham Tissington & Monsal Trail and Alton Towers are within easy reach. Bakewell is also a short drive away with lots of interesting shops and why not try a famous Bakewell pudding and for those looking for an array of culinary options or some retail therapy then you are just five miles north of the cathedral city of Derby. Guests enter this characterful stylish barn and arrive in the lobby area which has the convenience of a shower room on entry so after a busy day out exploring kick off those walking boots and revitalise your senses before heading into the rest of the property. The dining area is next along as you walk through and here is the perfect spot to have a lunch or dinner with loved ones before you head through to the lounge area which has a comfortable sofa and an armchair so gather around and watch or stream your favourite show on the large Smart TV. When it comes to preparing the meals the designated chef among you has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal with the electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room that has the washing machine and tumble dryer for you to use. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed along with a chest of drawers hanging rail and a vanity table the second bedroom is also a super-king-size and the third bedroom is a twin. The stylish bathroom has a free-standing bath separate shower and WC. Outside guests have their own enclosed garden area complete with a hot tub with views across the hills so soak away those tired muscles and stargaze whilst you relax. There is also a lawned area with garden furniture with a charcoal BBQ for those that wish to enjoy a spot of outdoor dining. There is off-road parking for two cars.
