Visit Mold with its street market annual food festival and Theatr Clwyd discover the historic town of Denbigh and the World Heritage Site of Conwy or the cities of Chester and Liverpool all offer lots of eateries shops and attractions. Approached down a narrow country lane with fabulous estuary views as you arrive at this stunning detached property. Kick-off your boots and hang up your coats as continue your journey into the stylish kitchen. The large breakfast bar is a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee whilst looking through the cookery books to inspire your palate and menu for everyone to enjoy. The next room is the cosy snug with comfortable sofas Smart TV log burner and exposed beams creating a cosy room to gather around and plan your holiday activities. Continue round to the magnificent dining room with the dining table taking centre stage with a feature fireplace sideboard and interesting artworks. After a jolly meal together retire to the lounge with a sumptuous corner sofa TV and DVD feature fireplace with electric fire and French doors leading out to the patio and garden with fabulous estuary views beyond the garden. This is a lovely room to relax in catching up on each other s news snuggling up and watching a film or opening the doors and listening to birdsong. Upstairs you will find the inviting library landing and three lovely bedrooms to choose from the king-size super-king-size (zip-and-link which can be made up as a twin on request) and the cosy twin room. Also on this floor is the stylish bathroom with bath shower and WC. This house has another surprise in store the fourth bedroom is accessed from outside in the garden with its own separate stairs leading to a delightful double bedroom with a bistro table and chairs by the window just perfect for a coffee before joining the rest of your friends and family for breakfast. This bedroom also boasts an ensuite shower and WC. Every room in this house offers lovely views to wake up to in this most idyllic of settings. Look out for the secret garden with a hot tub!
