Introduction

There is always something to see and do here. The cottage is well placed seven miles from Shrewsbury with over 600 listed buildings including the castle and world-famous Abbey theatre independent shops and eateries. Oswestry is nine miles in the opposite direction with its town trail well-preserved hilltop Iron Age fort farmers market shops and local eateries. The British Ironwork Centre is well worth a visit too. Head to the Long Mynd in Church Stretton an excellent base for the country lovers and sportsman alike with walking cycling and hand gliding for all abilities. Visit Hawkstone Park National Trust s Attingham Park Benthall and Wenlock Edge. Cosy cottage with delightful kitchen which is equipped with all the thoughtful little extras such as the coffee machine alongside the electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. If you decide to eat in and rustle up a meal you can enjoy your culinary delights at the dining table with views over the garden. The lounge has comfortable sofas to relax on and watch the Smart TV and there are French doors out on to the patio and into the garden. When ready for bed choose from one of the two bedrooms the double with Smart TV or the single (with additional single pull-out bed on request) Smart TV and en-suite wet-room with shower and WC. Next door to the double bedroom is the shower room with shower and WC. The utility area and games area are in a separate building and offers a washing machine tumble dryer and a separate WC. For the games area there is the pool table and football table. Enjoy a large enclosed garden with established trees shrubs and hedge relax in the hot tub on the patio make the most of the weather for al fresco dining with the charcoal BBQ enjoy evening drinks at the table and chairs on the patio leading from the lounge or watch the sunset from the picnic bench on the lawn. There is ample private parking for two cars and bike store in the utility/games barn. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single. 1 shower room with shower and WC, 1 en suite wet room with shower and WC and 1 separate WC in the games barn. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Private parking for 2 cars. Shop and pub within walking distance.
