A wealth of walking whether you chose to follow the rivers and canals or enjoy the hilltop views. There are activity centres that offer kayaking climbing mountain biking and horse riding throughout the area Llangorse Lake the largest natural lake in South Wales is within easy reach where you can hire a rowing boat kayak or Paddle Board. And for the more easy-going guests there are some lovely market towns such as Hay-on-Wye the town of books Crickhowell and Brecon all within easy reach. This spacious home offers spacious accommodation spread across two floors. Step inside to the inviting hallway where you can leave your coats and boots after a day out in the mountains. The hallway offers access into the lounge a generously sized room with wood burner and Smart TV there are comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and catch up along with patio doors offering access into the gardens. Also off the hallway a dining room with table and chairs for eight perfect for a celebration supper and great for children s board games and indoor activities. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the house well-equipped with gas Range oven and hob microwave and freezer. The kitchen opens onto a spacious utility room with fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and ample workspace. There is also a separate WC off the hallway. So when the day is done climb the stairs where you will find four bedrooms. two doubles both with en-suite shower rooms with WC. One double room and one twin room. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC to complete the accommodation.
