Located directly in Northumberland Dark Sky Park Europe s largest area of protected night sky. Nearby award-winning Kielder Water & Forest Park offers water sports and some of the most challenging mountain bike trails in the UK. Visit the World Heritage site of Hadrian s Wall the largest Roman monument in Europe or tour the Northumberland coastline with splendid sandy beaches to explore. Step inside this cottage in through the hall through to the light and bright lounge. After a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty relax on the comfortable sofa enjoy a great movie and on those cooler evenings light up the roaring wood-burner. Directly followed by the sunroom with a seating area and direct access out to the spacious mature enclosed garden. Continuing back through the hall into the wonderful well-equipped kitchen the perfect place to cook up a storm with an electric oven induction hob Aga American style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispensers microwave dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a comfortable dining area in the kitchen to enjoy romantic or family meals together. Leading on from the kitchen to the rear hall with direct access out to the garden you will find the stylish bathroom with shower over roll-top bath and WC. Heading up the stairs there are two spacious king-size bedrooms with lovely countryside views and ample storage space. One with an en-suite with WC and the other with a comfortable double sofa bed. Venturing outside to the spacious fully enclosed mature garden with a private wood-fired hot tub summer house with wood-burner and seating area for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing. Guest are welcome to pick the seasonal fruit that includes red and yellow raspberries strawberries blackberries rhubarb and damsons. There is also secured bike storage with tumble dyer and off-road parking is available for four cars. Need to know: 2 king size bedrooms (one with a double sofa bed). 1 bathroom with shower over roll top bath and WC and 1 en suite WC. Electric oven, induction hob, Aga, American style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispensers, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Utility tumble dryer.
