Introduction

The village of Heapham is perfect for those wanting a quiet getaway from it all and where you can explore the miles of country footpaths that lead from the village. There is a small moat located within the grounds and this provides a great place to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity and surrounding wildlife. Also nearby is a private airfield originally built for WW2 with a wonderful café to sit and watch the planes come and go. The home of The Red Arrows is in Lincolnshire they regularly practice in the skies over the area. Further afield Hemswell Antiques Centre is a great day out as is the city of Lincoln. Step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that let the light flood into this beautiful and homely space. The kitchen area offers an elegant space to cook a special meal for your loved ones with everything you need such as an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Enjoy lazy dinners together around the dining table or spend the evenings relaxing on the comfy seating in front of the Smart TV. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin and a wet room with a shower and WC. Outside there is a patio with a bubbling hot tub overlooking a grassy paddock with a nearby comfy outdoor corner sofa and parasol. There is a second patio with dining furniture perfect for dining alfresco. Wander across the paddock to the moat with mature trees providing a peaceful place to pause and listen to the surrounding wildlife. There is off-road parking for two cars. Smart TV in the lounge. Garden with hot tub, comfy outdoor seating, and dining furniture overlooking a paddock. Private hot tub. Pub and shop within 1 mile. Off road parking for 2 cars. The property has a moat that is unfenced meaning children & a dog need to be supervised at all times. Dog must be well behaved as animals and other dogs around and garden not enclosed.
