Located in the small seaside town of Watchet this detached home is within walking distance of the town s marina harbour cafes restaurants pubs shops and weekly summer market. There are rock pooling and fossil hunting beaches on either side of the harbour and pebble beaches at Blue Anchor and Dunster just a short drive away. Step back in time and board a steam train on the West Somerset Railway that takes you through the beautiful Somerset countryside. Minehead with its sandy beaches and the attractive village of Porlock are also nearby. There are plenty of attractions to keep the whole family entertained including Tropiquaria Zoo Dunster Castle Doniford Farm sea fishing trips and Exmoor Owl and Hawk Centre. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills. Step into this immaculate detached house and into the spacious hall. The dual-aspect light and airy lounge is stylishly appointed with a Smart TV PlayStation 4 and a football table. The second bedroom is a further king-size and the final bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) which enjoys stunning views. Completing this floor is the bathroom with a freestanding bath separate shower and WC. Outside there is a private enclosed patio where guests can enjoy unwinding on the comfortable seating while enjoying the stunning sea views. There is also a hot tub which is particularly inviting at night when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies. Guests will also find a BBQ stand for disposable BBQs in this space. To the side of the house is an external staircase which leads to a raised grassed area with seating where you can enjoy the views. There is also driveway parking for two cars. Shops, pubs and beach within walking distance. Regret no pets. Currently no Wi Fi due to connection delays as a result of being a new build, but there is 4G signal.
