Introduction

Guests can enjoy footpaths directly from the property you will be perfectly positioned to explore the beautiful county of Somerset. The nearby Exmoor National Park the Quantocks and Coleridge Way also offer spectacular views cycling horse riding and walking opportunities. The historical towns of Glastonbury Wells and Street are all within a thirty-minute drive and offer an abundance of shops restaurants and attractions. To the north you will find Minehead and Weston-Super-Mare and to the south the popular towns of Seaton Lyme Regis and Exmouth. Stepping into the property through the front porch you have a welcoming hallway with the kitchen/diner with a warming wood burner and large dining table to seat eight comfortably with far-reaching countryside views. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with everything you need to prepare cook and dine in style with an electric range oven microwave dishwasher and fridge. French doors open out onto the side patio and access to the summer house. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine tumble drier and freezer and beyond is a separate WC. The rear area also has a raised decked patio with seating overlooking the river and riverbank (young children and pets need supervision) and with distant views of Burrowbridge Mump a large grade II listed historic mound topped with a ruined church.
