The immediate area offers an array of amenities and attractions the nearby village of Kennerleigh has a community store stocking local meat free range eggs and cider alongside your essentials. The historic market town of Crediton is a short drive and home to a lively farmers market shops and pubs. Slightly further afield is Tiverton castle museum and canal country park. Located in the heart of mid-Devon you will be perfectly placed for exploring the whole of this popular county. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Escot Bickleigh Mill and National Trust properties such as Knightshayes and Castle Drogo. Entering this adorable property you will immediately find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed. In the dining area there is a breakfast bar and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast and your morning coffee before heading out for a day exploring the area. After a busy day out and about relax in front of the TV and wood burner and plan the following days adventures. The compact kitchen area is equipped with an electric mini oven with two ring hob and a fridge with ice compartment. There is private off-road parking for one car provided at the base of the field.
