Introduction

Conveniently located in the village of Braunton with a plethora of independent shops pubs and restaurants and only 3 miles to the popular surfing beach of Saunton Sands. You are spoilt for choice with beaches nearby including Croyde Putsborough and Woolacombe which has 3 miles of a long sandy beach and all within 7 miles. Exmoor National Park is only 15 miles away with its unique landscape and Exmoor ponies and maybe catch a glimpse of the red deer. For fulfilled days out Watermouth Castle family theme park is less than 12 miles away and for the more adventurous have a go at coasteering and other water sports located near to Croyde bay. Step inside this beautiful bungalow and into the hallway which will lead you into the light and airy open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a sky pod roof and glass patio doors looking out into the stunning garden. With a large comfortable corner sofa a Smart TV and wood burner this would be a great place to sit and relax on the cooler evenings watching your favourite movies. The open plan kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven gas hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and tumble dryer and with its large table that seats eight people you are sure to enjoy many meals whilst planning your days of adventures ahead of you. There are four bedrooms one king-size one double and two twin rooms. Two bathrooms one with a bath and WC and one with a walk-in shower and WC. Leading outside from the patio doors this will take you onto the decked area which is a lovely spot to place your yoga mats on and also a private hot tub to enjoy. There are seven steps from here onto the lawned area which takes you down into the lovely gravelled area with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco on those lovely warm evenings. At the side of the property is a place to store surfboards and hang your wetsuits. There is private parking to the front for two cars and a security camera to the front of the property.
