This cute pod is situated on a working sheep farm surrounded by stunning picture-postcard countryside and fells. Springtime is a special time of year to visit when the lambs are a joy to watch! Threlkeld village with its country pubs cricket pavilion and golf course is just 1 mile away. Keswick is 4 miles away with a good selection of independent shops restaurants and cafes; it is possible to use the old railway line to walk into the town. Annually usually in May or June Keswick holds the Mountain Festival which is a three-day event with world-class sports outdoor activities talks and films with live music. Derwentwater is just 12 miles away and offers some great water sport activities or if you prefer a more relaxing day out visit one of the local distilleries. Entering the pod you will find a spacious and bright open-plan layout with a sofa on one side and a smart TV and kitchen area on the other.
