South Molton is a charming historic market town. You can either walk or drive to the busy indoor market independent shops and numerous cafes and pubs. It is a perfect spot for those seeking a countryside getaway yet it has easy access to Exmoor National Park (19 miles). It is also conveniently located to explore the dramatic coastline of North Devon and the beautiful sandy beaches of Croyde Woolacombe Saunton and Instow all within 35 miles. Enjoy visiting the wealth of attractions where there is something to suit all ages and tastes including the Quince Honey Farm with its all-weather indoor play area just a short drive away. This stunning detached barn is accessed via the owners private gated entrance and is situated at a good distance from the owners property. Enter through the large oak door and into the lounge/kitchen/dining room which is a beautiful light space and is fully equipped with a Belfast sink electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. The dining table seats four people comfortably the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal or two. Moving through to the lounge area with comfy seating french doors out onto the garden smart TV and wood burner it really is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. Following through the hall off from the kitchen you will find the shower room with WC along with the two bedrooms a twin room with views out over the countryside and the king-size bedroom with dual aspects and again with fabulous views over the countryside. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with WC. Outside is an enclosed patio area with a private hot tub. There is also the owners field which has a trampoline and football goal available for use. There is private off-road parking for 2 cars Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 twin and 1 king size. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Travel cot & highchair available. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed patio with seating. Private hot tub. Off road parking for 2 cars. Trampoline and football goal available for use in owners field. Towels are provided but please bring your own towels for hot tub and beach use. A refundable security deposit of 100 to be paid directly to the owner prior to arrival.
