Introduction

Located in Theddlethorpe which is approximately a 30-minute walk cross country to Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve where Natural England organises many events here including nature rambles bird walks and children s activities. Along with a variety of trails across the reserve. 3 miles away is the seaside resort Mablethorpe (or 45 minute walk cross country) which provides an array of shops cafes amusements and pubs to enjoy. A little further afield (13 miles) is the beautiful town of Louth with a wealth of history and charm. There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook (famous for the seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family. Step into the welcoming kitchen which offers an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Come together around the nearby dining table and plan the day s activities ahead. After a day of exploring settle down in the lounge and relax on the comfy sofas which overlook the garden open the patio doors and let the fresh air in or pop something on the Smart TV and unwind. There is a nearby table and chairs and a gas BBQ perfect for lazy summer afternoons and a lawn big enough for garden games. Explore the grounds and you will find a little bench tucked away in the mature trees a quiet spot to watch the squirrels and birds that pass through. There is off-road parking available for 2 cars. Need to know: 2 bedroom 2 super king size zip and link bedrooms (which can be made into twins on request). 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
