With views towards Cat Law Hill Balintore valley and Airlie Monument erected in memory of the 11th Earl surrounded by abundant wildlife including red squirrels. Only 4miles miles from the historic town of Kirriemuir. That was the birthplace of Bon Scott of the Rock group ACDC and J M Barrie author of Peter Pan. Nestled close to the Southern Fringes of the Cairngorms National Park (10miles) and surrounding Glens of Isla Clova and Prosen perfect for all outdoor pursuits. An abundance of activities can be reached within a few miles including cycle hire horse riding. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy an array of courses close at hand with the championship courses at Carnoustie (24miles). Stepping onto the fully enclosed decked area you are met with this luxurious micro lodge. Venturing inside this fantastic lodge with magnificent glen and countryside views into the open-plan accommodation. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa which can convert into a small double bed if required. Perfect space to relax after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and perhaps enjoy a great movie or catch up with your favourite TV program or just sit back and admire the amazing views. The bespoke well-equipped kitchen area is the perfect place to cook up a storm with two ring gas hob gas oven and electric grill microwave fridge with ice box and breakfast bar area ideal to enjoy romantic meals. There is also a lovely comfy king-size bed where you can relax and enjoy the splendid views. Finally completing the accommodation is the stylish shower room with shower cubical and WC. Venturing outside onto the enclosed decked balcony with seating area ideal al fresco dining or lazy evening stargazing. There is also a fantastic private Scandinavian ECO wood burning hot tub located just below the decked area on the lawn to relax and unwind in and enjoy the splendid countryside views. There is a shared large fire pit designed for 14 people to be seated children s play area with swings and a spacious BBQ hut that can seat up to 12 available. There is ample off-road parking available. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size. 1 shower room with WC. Gas oven/electric grill and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Private wood fired hot tub logs included. Enclosed balcony with seating area and weather proof storage box for outdoor kit. Ample off road parking. Travel cot and highchair available. Regret no pets. Shops, pubs and restaurant s 4 miles. No Wi fi, perfect for a digital detox. TV in lounge and USB points throughout the lodge. Shared children s play area with swings. Shared large fire pit designed for 14 people to be seated logs included. Large BBQ hut that can seat up to 12 available. Sleeps 2 2 (small double sofa bed for children).
