Introduction

The property is located directly on the beach making this a fantastic choice for young families. Sovereign Harbour formerly known as The Crumbles is nearby and boasts a cinema marina retail park and plenty of eateries. Once you have finished exploring Pevensey s castle hop in the car and drive to Battle to soak up more local culture and visit the many independent shops cafes and restaurants. The large open plan kitchen/diner is located to the rear of the property. Designed by keen cooks this stylish and contemporary kitchen contains everything you could need for your stay and features wooden floors vibrant splash back tiles a central island with double oven and gas hob with bar stools for a chat over morning coffee. Here you ll find a butler s sink coffee machine fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The large bespoke dining table is made of reclaimed oak and sits beneath stylish pendant lighting and a window panel. Comfortable leather sofas sit facing the bi-folding windows which span the width of the room to provide a spectacular sea view. This room also features surround sound ideal for those looking to entertain while away. The first bedroom on this floor with an ornate king-size bed French-style wardrobe and quirky bedside tables carved out of tree stumps. Also on the ground floor is a bunk bedroom and downstairs shower room with shower and WC with a fascinating floor of coins. There is also a cupboard housing a washing machine. Up the turned stairs to the first floor you will find another bedroom which features wooden flooring cast iron king-size bed sloped ceilings and French windows opening out to a balcony with views across to Eastbourne. There is a further large family bedroom with a king-size bed and double bunk bed ideal for young families plus a family bathroom with power shower over bath Moroccan-style basin and WC. Outside a large decked area with hot tub BBQ and table and chairs gives way to a pebbled garden. With a garden gate opening onto the beach this is a fantastic holiday cottage for keen walkers children and dogs.
