Also on the ground floor is a bunk bedroom and downstairs shower room with shower and WC with a fascinating floor of coins. There is also a cupboard housing a washing machine. Up the turned stairs to the first floor you will find another bedroom which features wooden flooring cast iron king-size bed sloped ceilings and French windows opening out to a balcony with views across to Eastbourne. There is a further large family bedroom with a king-size bed and double bunk bed ideal for young families plus a family bathroom with power shower over bath Moroccan-style basin and WC. Outside a large decked area with hot tub BBQ and table and chairs gives way to a pebbled garden. With a garden gate opening onto the beach this is a fantastic holiday cottage for keen walkers children and dogs.
