Outdoor and nature enthusiasts will be especially spoiled for choice with the famous Ruby Way (9 miles) Tarka Trail (11 miles) Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks within easy reach (20 and 30 miles respectively) offering great hiking cycling fishing surfing and horse-riding pursuits in unspoiled countryside. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include Meldon Reservoir (22 miles) and Roadford Lake (15 miles) RHS Rosemoor (11 miles) Lydford Gorge (24 miles) Dartington Crystal (11 miles) and Tapeley Park (16 miles).
