Endless walks are available directly from the property with the option of quiet lanes bridleways and footpaths it is also set on the National Cycle Route. A 3-mile drive takes you to Dulverton where you will find shops eateries and pubs. For those looking for more hustle and bustle the seaside town of Minehead is 18 miles away and offers a range of shops attractions and a sandy beach or Tiverton is 11 miles. Other places of interest in the area include the pretty villages of Porlock (17 miles) the harbour town of Watchet (16 miles) and the medieval village of Dunster (15 miles). On entering this impressive property guests will be greeted by a hall which leads to a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The spacious lounge area is a wonderfully relaxing space with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The sliding doors allow guests to open this space out to the garden making the garden feel like an extension of the house. The dining area is a fantastic space for enjoying mealtimes together with a large dining table and French doors opening onto a patio area. The kitchen area itself is well-equipped and offers a range oven with an electric hob and ovens microwave American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. The washing machine can be found in the utility room which offers plenty of space to leave coats and dry off muddy paws. The property s three bedrooms can all be found on the ground floor of this single-storey barn. Two king-size rooms benefit from wonderful views TVs and en-suite shower rooms with showers and WCs. The third bedroom is a twin room with 3ft bunk beds and a TV. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with a bath a separate shower twin sinks and a WC. Heading outside the property there is a large enclosed garden which is a great space for allowing children to burn off some energy or for adults to indulge in a spot of sunbathing. Even the dogs are spoilt with their very own washing area. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with a table and chairs. The hot tub is set on the raised patio allowing for relaxation while you admire the views experience some of the most amazing sunsets and stargaze as the night draws in.
