Ideally located for exploring the Lakes the attractive seaside town of Grange-over-Sands is also nearby with its shops delightful promenade and amazing coastal views. From the cottage you can walk over the fell to Grange or stroll into Cartmel. The southern tip of Lake Windermere is just 10 minutes away by car and Windermere Ambleside Grasmere and Coniston are all within 22 miles. This beautiful newly renovated 17th-century country cottage combines lovely old features with contemporary comfort and style designed to make your stay as cosy as it can be. Boasting a restored Inglenook fireplace oak beams historic features and a wood-burning stove comfortable Chesterfield sofas (two two-seaters and three-seater) and a fireside chair set the tranquil sitting room scene. The Smart TV makes it perfect for film nights in front of a crackling log fire. The dining area also oozes charm and character and has splendid oak furniture to set the scene for memorable family gatherings and meals prepared in the adjoining kitchen. Here there is an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer coffee machine and dishwasher. In addition there is a utility room with a washer/dryer plus a home for your four-legged friends. Before heading upstairs you will find the bathroom with its bath shower and WC. Past the ancient oak door and up the stairs there is the master bedroom with a super king-size bed a bunk room and completing the property is the final bedroom also with a super king-size bed. Outside you can enjoy the lawned area a BBQ to dine alfresco and seating to take in views of beautiful Hampsfell. After a day exploring one of England s finest destinations return to the joy of soaking in the hot tub ideally with a glass of something cold to soak up an amazing atmosphere.
