Introduction

This detached lodge is located within the picturesque village of Moorlinch and within walking distance of a family pub. A great spot for those requiring a peaceful holiday or for those wishing to enjoy all that Somerset has to offer with it s convenient location. Walkers will have a choice of walks virtually on the doorstep plus cycle routes or perhaps bird watching at a RSPB Nature Reserve on the Somerset Levels ideal for keen bird watchers and nature lovers alike. Visit the sandy and dramatic beaches of Burnham-on-Sea or enjoy a day out slightly further afield at the seaside town of Lyme Regis and West Bay. There are attractions for all tastes with Glastonbury Tor Cheddar Gorge the cathedral city of Wells Clarks Village at Street or the many National Trust properties. Upon entering the beautiful single storey accommodation you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys countryside views. In the summer you can open the door to let the outside in or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa s and watch the seasons change while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV and DVD. The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There are three immaculate bedrooms a double with the added benefit of an en-suite shower WC and heated towel rail and a TV a second double with TV and a single bedroom too. The contemporary shower room has shower WC heated towel rail and a cupboard where the washing machine can be found. Venturing outside there is a good sized enclosed garden which overlooks the surrounding fields and beyond offering far reaching countryside views. There is a decked area with seating and a charcoal BBQ making it a perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also off-road parking for four cars at the side of the property. Need to know: 3 Bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single. 1 Shower room and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility cupboard the washing machine is located in the shower room. Electric and central heating included.
