Spacious period farmhouse overlooking a beautiful rural landscape yet less than a mile from the sea. The nearest sand and shingle beach is just a short drive at Llanrhystud. The vibrant university town of Aberystwyth with promenade museums galleries shops and restaurants as well as its beach busy marina and cliff railway is also close by. Wales only silver mine visitor attraction is also a short drive away and is well worth a visit. Within easy reach you can enjoy dramatic waterfalls take a trip on a steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway explore the woods and countryside or try one of the many water sports on offer. Relax and unwind with the very best Ceredigion has to offer. Stepping into the property you will enter the lobby where you can kick off your boots. Leading into the well-equipped farmhouse kitchen with electric oven and hob Aga microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer TV and Nespresso coffee machine this is a great social space to prepare a meal. There is a utility room with fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer leading into a wet room style shower room with shower and WC. From the kitchen there is a staircase to a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Continuing the ground floor from the kitchen is the lounge with wood burner comfy sofas and a TV/DVD perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Heading across the hallway into the spacious dining room there is the bright and airy conservatory the go to spot for reading a book or taking a nap. Completing the ground floor there is a separate WC. From the hallway heading up the stairs to the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. A further landing leads to three more bedrooms a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) a single bedroom and a further king-size bedroom all enjoying lovely countryside views. Heading outside there is a large patio with your own private hot tub perfect for relaxing in the open space and enjoying the far-reaching views. There is also ample private parking adjacent to the property.
