The area immediately surrounding the property not only has a large number of picturesque villages to explore but also offers a range of attractions including Roadford Reservoir. The property s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude s sandy beaches exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel. Upon entering this single-level property from the shared courtyard area you will find yourself in the bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area curl up on the comfy sofa and watch your favourite film on the TV/DVD. If you decide to stay in and cook the kitchen has everything you need with oil-fired Rayburn microwave fridge dishwasher and washing machine then enjoy your romantic meal in the dining area with a cosy table for two. After a busy day retire to the lovely characterful double bedroom with French doors that lead onto the shared courtyard area dressing table wardrobe and an en-suite wet room with shower and WC. Head outside and enjoy a private enclosed area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ (available on request). The perfect place for dining alfresco on those warm summer evenings. There is also access to seven acres of grounds with two lakes stocked with carp so you are welcome to fish here free of charge. Shared access to the games room/utility area with the use of freezers tumble dryer table football and a dartboard. There is off-road parking for two cars. Dogs are charged at 20 each per full or part week. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 en suite shower room with shower and WC. Rayburn, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Shared utility area with the use of freezers and tumble dryer. Football table available to be placed in your cottage upon request. Welcome pack on arrival. Travel cot and highchair available on request. TV/DVD in lounge. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Charcoal BBQ available on request. Shared courtyard. Shared games room with utility area, air hockey table and darts board. Fishing available on site, free of charge. Access to 7 acres of private grounds with two lakes stocked with carp. 2 dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times, paddock available to exercise them. Parking for 2 cars.
