Introduction

This pod is spacious and comfortable finished to a high standard throughout with lots of attention to detail. It is situated on a working sheep farm surrounded by the Northern Fells with fabulous views towards Blencathra. Although the location feels rural you are just a mile away from Threlkeld village where you will find a couple of pubs cricket pavilion and golf course. Keswick is just 4 miles away and annually usually in May or June it hosts the Mountain Festival with world-class sports outdoor activities talks and films with live music. There are some fabulous walks cycling routes and climbing available on your doorstep and your four-legged friend is also welcome! The open-air theatre on Derwentwater is well worth a visit Mirehouse and gardens offers a lovely day out or why not visit The Lakes Distillery which is just 12 miles away. Entering the pod you will find a spacious bright open-plan living area with a sofa and Smart TV which will allow you to log into your Netflix account and enjoy a good film. There is a double bed with views out over the fells and a kitchen area with a two-ring gas hob a combi-microwave and fridge with ice compartment; it offers everything you need to rustle up breakfast and a quick bite. Finally there is a shower room with a shower and WC. The pod has a nice private seating area with stunning views and a private hot tub there is a traditional dry-stone wall and planting around the accommodation. There is private parking for one car and a lovely covered decking to the front of the pod which allows you to sit out side whatever the weather. Need to know: Studio style accommodation with double bed. 1 shower room with WC. Two ring gas hob, combi microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Smart TV in lounge/sleeping area. Private parking for 1 car. Private hot tub. Please note, dogs not allowed on beds. Shops 4 miles, pub, restaurant within walking distance.
