With a traditional town square Victorian buildings and restaurants using local seasonal produce and offerings of regional whisky and craft beer can be sampled in the nearby pubs. Whisky lovers will enjoy the delights of the Whisky Trail of which the famous Glenlivet is only 6 miles away. The property is in the perfect location for a true Scottish adventure with skiing at nearby Lecht and cyclists will love the Glenlivet Mountain Bike centre and fabulous walks and cycle routes starting from the front door. For quirky shops and eateries visit the nearby towns of Grantown-on-Spey and Aviemore which are all within 27 miles. On entering this beautiful home follow the hall through to the kitchen/diner which has a large island in the middle with breakfast bar seating. Fully equipped to cook up a storm you will find an electric oven and hob fridge/ freezer dishwasher and microwave. Next to this is a spacious dining room with a large oak table perfect to enjoy a family meal whilst planning your next adventures. The delightful and cosy lounge with comfortable sofas wood burner and Smart TV is the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a busy day exploring.
