Introduction

St Asaph with its cathedral has a range of shops and pubs and a golf course and driving range. Visit Brynbella Gardens Ruthin Gaol Conwy Castle and National Trust s Bodnant Gardens which are all within 14 miles. The beach at Abergele is 8 miles away with seaside fun while the larger resort of Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea are within 15 miles. The picturesque cobbled streets of Conwy (21 miles) and the beach and pier at Victorian favourite Llandudno (19 miles) are well worth a visit too. Whatever your interest an activity is on hand with fabulous walking cycling water sports historic sites and culinary delights to enjoy. Walk into the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner there is a handy boot room down a step to your right with plenty of space for your outdoor attire. There is also a separate WC here. In the beautifully designed living area is the kitchen which opens out onto the courtyard garden and is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with granite work surfaces electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and all the thoughtful little extras for budding chefs. Once prepared gather around the dining table the perfect setting to enjoy your meal and plan your holiday activities. After returning from a day out relax in the lounge on the sumptuous sofas watch a film on the Smart TV and open up the bifold doors and let the outside in; maybe head out to the hot tub. The washing machine is in the utility cupboard on the ground floor. When ready for bed choose from two bedrooms: on the ground floor is the cosy king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower and WC. Upstairs is the spacious first floor bedroom with super-king-size bed Smart TV freestanding bath and en-suite shower room. Heading outside to the courtyard there is the hot tub to relax in while listening to birdsong. There are also a table chairs and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining in this delightful suntrap. There is ample private parking for two cars at the property. You ll also find a lockable bike shed for four bikes.
