There are miles of waymarked footpaths and cycle paths with fantastic bike hire and an adventure play park at Sherwood Pines just five miles away. National Trust Clumber Park is just 8 miles away and you can easily spend a full day here walking around the lake running wild at the playpark and unwinding at the shops and cafes that are in the park. Rufford Abbey is 3 miles away with walks through the native woodlands a lake and gardens plus a range of attractions activities and places to relax and eat. Spoil yourself at Clumber Park Spa less than five miles away. Wander into the lodge and make yourself at home in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Put your feet up on the comfy sofas and watch something on the Smart TV. There is an electric wood burner effect fire which brings in coziness during the cooler months. The kitchen is well equipped and offers an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Come together around the nearby dining table and enjoy a celebration meal or use the space to play board games on a rainy day. The patio doors let the light flood into the room and the sounds of the forest into your lodge. There are two king-size bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom with a roll-top bath separate shower and WC.
