Introduction

Only 4 miles from South Molton a pretty little town that has a thriving local market 2 days a week. Quince Honey Farm on the edge of town is a great day out where you can enjoy a guided tour or try your hands at rolling beeswax. Take a day trip out to the cobbled village of Clovelly (35miles) visit the rugged moors of Exmoor National Park (11 miles) or head to the stunning beach at Saunton (23 miles). Venturing a little further 22 miles is the linked town of Lynton and Lynmouth which is connected by the last remaining water-powered funicular railway. The coastal walk along the valley of the rocks down to Lynmouth is a walker s paradise. Head to the pretty seaside village of Combe Martin 19 miles with its sheltered cove makes this an ideal spot for kayaking and paddle boarding. You approach this pretty cottage down an unmade lane which takes you into the driveway. As you step into the cottage the lounge/dining area is on the left. Underfloor heating and character beams make this a cosy room where you can sit and relax after a busy day exploring. Here you can sit with your friends and family on the comfy sofas and watch a movie or two with the Smart TV. The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to cook up a good meal including an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Taking the staircase onto the landing there are two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Stepping out into the pretty cottage garden with far-reaching views across the stunning countryside you will be able to dine outside with the gas BBQ. Spend the late evenings watching the sunset and then stargazing across the dark skies in your lovely relaxing hot tub. Parking for two cars.
