Introduction

Situated in the popular residential district of Christchurch with its beautiful 11th Century Priory and town Quay local shops restaurants and bars only within a few minutes walk away and a choice of four supermarkets all within a mile. Mudeford Quay Avon Beach and Stanpit Marsh offer enviable outdoor experiences. Christchurch is a great base for a holiday due to its riverside setting and rich history including the priory church and castle ruins. There are plenty of bars and shops and access to both the coast and countryside is simple. Within 3 miles is Highcliffe well known for its striking castle plus Hengistbury Head and Mudeford the latter having a bustling quay and popular beach. Explore the beautiful landscape of the New Forest National Park which is home to free-roaming ponies and cattle as well as many walking and cycling routes. Or head to the Sammy Miller Museum Lymington Moors Valley Country Park or Beaulieu Motor Museum and Palace House which are all under 20 miles drive from the property. A private entrance opens directly into the lounge which has a Smart TV and a wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Next you ll come to the central dining room which also has a view of the wood burner and is ideally placed adjacent to the kitchen for leisurely meals. The contemporary kitchen sits at the rear of the property overlooking the garden and is equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Heading back into the dining room you will find the shower room with a shower and WC and a door to the narrow cottage style staircase which rises to the first floor. There are two bedrooms to choose from a cosy double to the rear and a further double bedroom with a decorative fireplace set to the front of the cottage. Heading outside into the garden via the kitchen there is a patio with furniture a lawn and a hot tub all of which are enclosed. There is gated access from the front of the property should you wish to bring your bikes into the garden. To the front of the property is roadside parking (subject to availability).
