Swansea City is less than 15 miles E and offers plenty more shops restaurants and pubs as well as its glorious 5-mile promenade stretching across Swansea Bay. Enter into this bright and modern bungalow where you are invited to kick off your shoes and hang up your beach bags before stepping through into the open plan living/kitchen/diner. The family shower room and WC are located near the entrance perfect for rinsing off all that sand before you head through to relax on the soft grey sofas in front of the flatscreen TV. Gather around the dining table for a tasty home-cooked meal and chat about the day s escapades. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. Leading off the lounge you have two bedrooms one with full-size bunk beds and the other a comfortable and cosy double bed and TV both rooms have a chest of draws for storage. Stepping outside you have access to a shared lawned area where you can lay out your picnic blanket and soak up the sun. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
