Introduction

This property is situated just outside the charming village of Balloch which has a range of eateries and shops and is just under 2 miles from the shores of Loch Lomond. From Balloch you can take a cruise around Loch Lomond itself and enjoy views of the magnificent Ben Lomond as well as some majestic stately homes and castles. If you prefer to stay on the shore there are a wealth of attractions for you to enjoy including the Sea Life Aquarium and Treezone Loch Lomond where you can enjoy some treetop adventures. If you re looking for something a bit more cultural you can visit the national Trust s Hill House which is 8.5 miles away and there s also a 19th-century castle to explore in Balloch Castle Country Park. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall where you can hang your coats and take off your muddy shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable open-plan lounge/diner relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Enjoy your evening meal around the large table that seats 10 comfortably. Continuing back through the hallway you are then met with the well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer open the French doors leading directly outside while enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast table. Next is the lovely double bedroom and finally completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Head up the stairs and you will find three light and bright bedrooms one king-size and one twin which both have en-suite shower rooms and completing the bedrooms is a double. Venturing outside there is a communal pathway running along the back of the courtyard across from this is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with your own hot tub bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is parking at the front of the property in the courtyard for three cars. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 king size, 2 doubles and 1 twin. 3 bathrooms 1 shower room and WC and 2 en suite shower rooms and WC.
