Introduction

Part of a group of properties in the heart of the Lancashire countryside with miles of walks to enjoy within wooded valleys. The town of Rossendale is 3 miles away and offers a range of amenities including shops cafes and pubs as well as a leisure centre with plenty of activities including skiing and snowboarding tag archery and a swimming pool and much more. The property is situated between the Forest of Bowland AONB (30 miles) and Peak District National Park (40 miles) making the location ideal for keen walkers or those who want to explore this beautiful part of the country. Enjoy a day out at Lancashire s iconic seaside town of Blackpool (45 miles) with its miles of sandy beach amusements and pleasure beach with rides. Firstly we find ourselves in the lounge/diner area which has all you need for your holiday and offers comfort and relaxation. There is a two-seater sofa and armchair where you can sit and watch all your favourite shows on the TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to sit and enjoy evening meals together. Next is the kitchen area where you will find all you need to cook up a real treat any time of the day. You have an electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and microwave with doors leading out to the patio. Through the hall we have a lovely comfortable double bedroom and completing the property is the main bathroom with shower and WC. Outside there is a seating area at the front of the property and off-road parking for one car. There is also a lovely outdoor area accessed by handmade wooden bridges over the surrounding fresh running stream. On the island you will find a brick charcoal BBQ and campfire pit with plenty of wooden benches to relax on. Within the complex you can arrange the private use of the hot tub to soak relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 double. 1 bathroom shower and WC.
