Golfers will be delighted with the area boasting numerous local courses including Kirriemuir Forfar Rosemount Alyth Blairgowrie and the championship course at Carnoustie all within 30 miles. The historic town Kirriemuir (12 miles) is known as the gateway to the glens and is a fairy-tale town perhaps best known as the birthplace of Sir JM Barrie creator of Peter Pan whose childhood home has been carefully restored as a museum. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall where you can hang your coats and take off your shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable lounge relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. On cooler evenings enjoy a cosy night in front of the lovely wood burner. Continuing back through the hallway you are then met with the well-equipped kitchen/diner and a handy utility room. Following back through the hallway you will find the three bedrooms one double bedroom one king-size with an en-suite shower room and one twin room with an en-suite bathroom (which can also be accessed from the hallway). Venturing outside is a spacious enclosed garden where you can relax and unwind in the fantastic private hot tub.
