This beautiful property is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth is within easy reach with its historic Barbican National Marine Aquarium thriving shopping centre and huge variety of amenities. Exeter the regional capital is less than an hour s drive while the beautiful town of Tavistock is within a half hour s drive. The north and south coasts are easily accessible with the pretty fishing towns of Polperro and Looe within an easy drive. On entering this delightful property you will find yourself in the beautiful and welcoming lounge/kitchen/dining area. The snug but spacious lounge is a delightful area with exposed beams and a great place to unwind by watching the TV/DVD or just snuggling in front of the traditional wood burner. The bright and stylishly designed kitchen has everything you might need including a gas oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and washing machine. Here you will also find the dining area ideal whether you re preparing a big meal grabbing a quick snack or enjoying the Cornish cream tea offered on arrival. The owners can also provide a breakfast pack and free-range pork for an additional charge. Moving further into the cottage you will find two cosy bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you will find a charming private open patio area with seating and BBQ. You can also unwind in the hot tub ideally situated to let you enjoy beautiful countryside views. There is also an enclosed garden which is shared with the neighbouring property as well as spacious open fields perfect for dog walking. For children there s an enclosed play area with swings slide and climbing frame overlooking the surrounding fields and animals. Being a working farm guests are invited to interact with and help feed the animals and collect fresh eggs. There is plenty of parking available. The owners can also offer a discount for guests at the nearby Trethorne Golf Club and can provide drop-offs for bike rides beach trips and countryside walks by arrangement.
