Located next to the owners property and another holiday property situated in the quaint village of Hepworth where you are just an hour s drive from both the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline meaning this is ideal for those looking to explore the coastal towns such as Southwold Aldeburgh Wells-next-the-Sea and Sheringham. Close by is the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds (12 miles) with a cathedral abbey theatre and brewery with tours and also great for shopping and eating out. National trust properties include Ickworth House is just 16 miles away and well worth a visit. staying at the property and watch the wildlife come and go from the pond. For anglers fishing is available on-site but please bring your own equipment. You arrive and park up behind this stunning property where you can unload your vehicle and head inside where you arrive in the entrance hall and can then head on in to explore your holiday home. The left hand-side of the barn is where the gorgeous kitchen area is which has absolutely everything you would desire to feel at home and prepare a meal for loved ones. There is also a separate utility area midway down the property which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Back to the kitchen and you also have a breakfast island with chairs and a Smart TV to add that feel. The dining area which is within the kitchen area has a table and six chairs which provide a more formal spot to gather with friends and family for breakfast lunch or dinner. Heading back down the hallway to the opposite end of the property brings you to the stylish and traditional lounge area which is the perfect place to relax or socialise with two large sofas a Smart TV and a wood burner perfect for cosy evenings in. There is a downstairs WC under the stairs back towards the kitchen area which leads up to the bedrooms.
