Off the beaten track but in a desirable location this detached log cabin is perfect for nature lovers. The immediate area is ideal for walking and cycling with an array of coastal country and forest trails to explore. There are 3 golf courses with the closest at Strone 7 miles. Ardentinny beach is just 5 miles great for when the weather gets warmer and you need to cool down. The impressive Loch Eck is famed for being only one of two lochs in the world that host freshwater herring (Powan). Dunoon is 11 miles away and has a selection of shops cafes and restaurants. The entire Cowal peninsula in Argyll is filled with scenic drives and attractive villages. An uncrowded place that offers the sights of dramatic scenery. This lovely lodge offers fantastic mountain and loch views with patio doors leading directly onto the spacious decked area. There is ample seating outside to enjoy your morning coffee and plan the day s activities whilst listening to the local birdsong. The lodge offers open-plan accommodation with a lounge/kitchen/dining area and a comfy sofa to relax on after a day out of exploring and activities. From the open-plan living area you can access the bedrooms one double with an infrared sauna and a twin room. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with a lovely jacuzzi bath to relax and unwind in after a busy day. The enclosed deck area offers complete privacy with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views a sunken hot tub is available to use as an optional extra at an additional charge. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and1 twin. 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath and an over bath rain shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, and washer dryer. TV/DVD in the lounge area. Infrared sauna in the double bedroom. No Towels provided. Decked area with seating. Private hot tub for use as an optional extra with an additional charge of 120 per week.
