Situated In the pretty village of Poughill on the outskirts of the ever-popular Bude this stunning home provides guests with easy access to the rugged yet breathtaking Cornish coastline. Guests can join the well renowned Southwest coastal path just a short walk away or enjoy the crackle of twigs beneath their feat on a multitude of picturesque countryside trails inland. Bude itself is well renowned to be a surfer s paradise with 3 glorious sandy beaches but not only that has a fantastic array of local shops cafés and restaurants too. Slightly further afield guests can enjoy a brilliant choice of the Southwest attractions such as The Milky Way adventure park (15 miles) and historic fishing villages such as Boscastle and Clovelly both under 16 miles away. Upon entering this exquisite coastal home you will soon notice the light and contemporary design including a natural stone cedar cladding finish. You will initially enter into the opening hallway which is the perfect space to hang coats and flick off those walking boots after a day of exploring. Under-floor heating throughout the ground floor will keep the chill off in winter months too. Making your way through the home will bring you to the fabulous open-plan triple-aspect lounge/kitchen/diner. This space exudes quality and offers sociable space for all the family. The main living area contains three comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the warming crackle of the wood burner whilst watching your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen is incredibly well fitted with all the appliances you will need whilst exuberating quality with beautifully handcrafted units and granite worktops. Guests have a choice of seating options from which to enjoy the nominated chef s feast including the central dining-table breakfast bar and even the comfortable outdoor seating on those warmer evenings. Just beside the main entertaining area there is the added bonus of a snug with additional Smart TV a perfect spot to relax and read a book or even spark your competitive edge with a family board game. The ground floor is finished off with the utility-room and downstairs shower room with WC. The beautiful staircase leads from the hallway to the stylish glass balustraded landing and four bedrooms. All bedrooms are wonderfully fitted and offer incredible space. The master bedroom provides a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) accompanied by a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Two further bedrooms both contain king-size beds with one offering an additional en-suite shower room and WC.
